1. Eligibility & Use of Services
Access to and use of the platform is granted only to individuals who meet the requisite legal age and capacity. The user acknowledges that any engagement with the site is contingent upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Usage that violates intellectual property rights, third-party terms, or defrauds any other entity is strictly forbidden.
2. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All digital content available on the platform, including but not limited to course material, graphical designs, and proprietary systems, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Curio Skill. Unauthorized copying, dissemination, or exploitation of such content is a direct violation of copyright laws, subject to penalties.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable within 24 hours of purchasing a membership or course.
- Refunds will not be processed if the user has enrolled in any free or paid course during this period.
- If a refund is requested, the user must ensure they do not access or enrol in any courses on the platform. Any enrollment will automatically forfeit the eligibility for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted via the official support channel within the 24-hour window.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Course Access
Upon completion of payment, users will receive credentials via email that enable access to purchased courses. Please be advised that course content is subject to updates or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Curio Skill, and access may be modified without prior notice.
5. User Responsibility & Account Security
Users are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their account information. Activities conducted under their login credentials shall be deemed the responsibility of the user, and Curio Skill disclaims liability for unauthorized access due to negligence.
6. Disclaimer
Curio Skill endeavours to provide high-quality educational content; however, no guarantees are made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or efficacy of any material provided. What we are selling can be available on the public domain we are not responsible if any creator product is selling on this site cause various instructors post these courses. The user acknowledges that the platform and courses are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Ownership and License Disclaimer: Add a section clarifying that Curio Skill does not own third-party content but instead provides organized access to such content. Make it explicit that courses offered are gathered from publicly available sources or are available with permission. Public Domain and Fair Use Clause: Example Wording: “Certain materials provided on our platform may be sourced from publicly accessible. Curio Skill does not claim ownership over third-party content.”Limitation of Liability: State that Curio Skill is not liable for the actions of content creators or any copyright claims. The user assumes all responsibility for understanding that the courses are curated collections and not original creations of Curio Skill.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permissible by law, Curio Skill shall not be held responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, negligence, or other legal theories.
8. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Curio Skill, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the user’s violation of these terms or any illegal activity performed through the account.
9. User Conduct and Account Suspension
- Curio Skill reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform.
- If any suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected, the account in question may be suspended or permanently removed at the sole discretion of the admin.
- In cases of account suspension or removal due to suspicious activity, no refunds will be provided for any membership fees, purchases, or payments made.
- Suspicious activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Exploiting platform features or content for unauthorized purposes.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to alter this Agreement, in part or full, at any given time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
