This document governs the conditions under which refunds may be processed at Curio Skill. The user agrees to all the terms herein by purchasing any product, including digital course content.
1. Strict 24-Hour Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if a formal request is received within 24 hours of the confirmed purchase transaction. After the 24-hour window, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, and users are responsible for ensuring their intent to engage with the product prior to the expiry of this period.
2. Refund Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted via support@curioskill.com. The request should include the following:
- Order ID
- Transaction details
- Reason for refund We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet these criteria or fails to comply with our policy.
3. Refund Exclusions
The following circumstances are explicitly exempt from the refund policy:
- Access to free courses or promotional/free trials.
- Courses purchased at a discount exceeding 80%, or as part of bulk purchase packages.
- Products where digital access has already been granted or completed, including content downloads or substantial course progress.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and reimbursement will occur through the original payment method used during purchase. We are not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
5. No Returns for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, there are no returns once the course has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all sales are final except as covered by the refund window mentioned above.
6. Final Provisions
By purchasing our courses, the user waives the right to dispute or claim any refund that falls outside the parameters of this policy. Refund policies are subject to change without prior notice, and the updated terms will govern all future transactions.
